Is the meat fresh or frozen?

Our whole, un-portioned cuts of Wagyu beef including the whole brisket, whole tenderloin and Tomahawk come fresh. We are professionally vacuum-packaging and freezing our portioned Wagyu from fresh. Because our products are in high demand, it’s possible that when you receive your meat it may not be fully frozen.

You can finish the thawing process in your fridge and cook it within 5 days. Or put it into your freezer for future use. Typically, meat that has been professionally frozen like ours is good for about 12 months.

Can I add to my order?

Yes, you can add to your order and will also need to re-enter your purchases.

When will my order arrive?

We will be processing your order, preparing it, and delivering it to you as quickly as possible. Please check your email inbox, or spam folder, for a notification of delivery. Our delivery time will depend on the number of orders we receive and the products you have selected. Right now, typical delivery time is one to three business days. Our driver will call you at the phone number you included on your order when he is on the way with your delivery.

What are you doing to help prevent COVID-19?

Our staff are adhering to our strict distancing measures as well as our enhanced sanitization and cleaning protocols. For the protection of our drivers and customers, we have instituted new protocols for our deliveries, which include digital delivery confirmation and no hand-to-hand contact.

Generations of expert meat purveyors

With 30 years of experience in the meat industry, Pearse Dolan, President, started Dolan Foods in 2006. Pearse comes from three generations of meat experts. In 1917, his grandfather established the highly successful John P. Dolan & Sons butcher shops in Ireland. Pearse’s father Brian immigrated to Canada and continued the family tradition of bringing quality food to his customers.

At Dolan Foods, we offer customers some of the highest quality meats in the world. Whether it's from across the ocean or a farm near you, we bring you the finest.
