Is the meat fresh or frozen?

We are professionally vacuum-packaging and freezing all our meat from fresh. Because our products are in high demand, it’s possible that when you receive your meat it may not be fully frozen.

You can finish the thawing process in your fridge and cook it within 5 days. Or put it into your freezer for future use. Typically, meat that has been professionally frozen like ours is good for about 12 months.

Are the fruits and vegetables fresh?

Yes, you’ll find our produce is among the freshest available. Our fruits and vegetables are hand-selected by our green grocers, then packaged with care. We share the same produce as the best restaurants in Toronto.

Where does the bread come from? Is it fresh?

Our bread comes from the maker of some of the freshest and tastiest artisanal bread around, Fred's Bread, located in Toronto. They are a family business that has been hand-crafting loaves, boules, and baguettes for 20 years, using only natural ingredients and great attention to detail. Please allow at least 48 hours for delivery of bread products.

Can I add to my order?

At this time, we’re not able to add to orders once they are placed. We hope to be able to add this capability soon.

When will my order arrive?

We will be processing your order, preparing it, and delivering it to you as quickly as possible. Please check your email inbox, or spam folder, for a notification of delivery. Our delivery time will depend on the number of orders we receive and the products you have selected. Right now, typical delivery time is one to three business days. Our driver will call you at the phone number you included on your order when he is on the way with your delivery.

What are you doing to help prevent COVID-19?

Our staff are adhering to our strict distancing measures as well as our enhanced sanitization and cleaning protocols. For the protection of our drivers and customers, we have instituted new protocols for our deliveries, which include digital delivery confirmation and no hand-to-hand contact.
